Gayatri Lokhande

I am a psychotherapist in private practice, working with individuals aged 18–30 navigating anxiety, self-esteem, loneliness, daily life stressors, relational concerns, identity, marginalization, and life transitions. My previous work in youth mental health and suicide prevention across community, research, and therapeutic settings continues to inform my practice. I also engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to support thoughtful and ethical practice. I aim to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, exploring what feels most important to you and making sense of your experiences with curiosity and care, fostering greater clarity, self-understanding, and gentle empowerment.
