One screen. Today, this week, this month. Bookings, payments, notes, intake — all attached to the person they belong to.

You run a practice. You shouldn't be running a tool stack.

Most solo therapists hold the practice together with five apps and a notebook. Three moments most know:

"Sunday night. You're answering ‘can I shift to 4pm?’ on WhatsApp while three half-filled intake PDFs sit in your downloads."

"Your booking link is a Google Form. Payments are ‘send me a UPI screenshot.’ You can't tell at a glance who's paid and who hasn't."

"Session notes live in Notes.app or a Word doc. Last week's note is somewhere. Priya's intake from June is somewhere else."

Everything a private practice needs. Nothing it doesn't.

No EHR bloat. No clinical-management feature creep. Just the surfaces you actually touch every week, designed to feel like one workspace.

And when you want — give your clients the work between sessions.

InnerOS the app — self-talk, archetype work, daily check-ins — is the optional second layer. Invite a client from their case file. They get a Tuesday-morning brief, a 167-hour plan, archetype shifts. You stay the therapist. They control every surface they share, per-feature, revocable in one tap.

  • Tuesday-morning brief — emotional arc, key themes, a question worth asking. Generated overnight.
  • 167-hour plan — record the session, InnerOS transcribes, drafts timed touches for the week. You edit and approve.
  • Archetype shifts — where their inner cast is moving week to week. Which voice is loudest. Which has gone quiet.
  • Per-feature consent — the client controls every surface they share. Revocable in one tap, no notification to you.

The client owns the row. You see a window she holds open.

Per-feature consent. Per-entry hide. Instant revoke. The app is theirs whether they share with you or not. Encrypted at rest. Never trained on.

Before you apply.

How do my clients book — do they need an app or account?

No app, no account, no password. Clients open your booking page in their browser and the whole flow — booking, payment, intake, cancel and reschedule — runs over WhatsApp and email magic-links. You just share your link.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Onboarding walks you through your profile, services, availability and payment details, then puts your booking page live. During the soft launch we set it up alongside you, so you're never stuck.

How do payments work?

Clients pay you directly over UPI when they book — InnerOS Practice Platform is never the billing intermediary. The payment confirms the slot, and a receipt goes out automatically in your name.

Are my session notes and client history mine?

Yes. Notes, intake and each client's history live in their case file, and your notes stay yours to edit whenever you need — nothing locks behind a deadline.

Is my client data safe?

Encrypted at rest, audited per access, and never used to train AI — not our models, not any third party's. The AI APIs we use are configured for zero retention.

What's the InnerOS app add-on?

An optional between-session layer: when you and a client both want it, they use the InnerOS self-talk app and you see a Tuesday-morning brief and their progress. The practice runs fully without it, the client owns the app, and sharing is opt-in and revocable at any time.

Your practice deserves one quiet workspace.
