1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InnerOS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

InnerOS is designed for individuals aged 18 and above who are seeking tools for self-reflection, personal growth, and archetypal exploration. The Service is not intended for minors.

2. Nature of Service

InnerOS helps you meet your Inner Council — 10 inner voices that respond to your questions with personalized wisdom. The Service includes:

• Inner Council: AI-powered dialogues with your 10 archetypes (Warrior, Sage, Lover, Achiever, Caregiver, Explorer, Creator, Sovereign, Trickster, Wounded Healer)
• Smart Journal: Write your thoughts — your Council listens and learns your patterns
• Pattern Recognition: See when you've been here before
• Spiral Games: Playful focus training (Spiral Sync, Spiral Flow)
• Clarity in 10 minutes: Come when you need it, leave when you're clear

3. Your Sacred Data

We honor the sacred nature of your inner work. Your data sovereignty is absolute:

• You own all content you create within InnerOS
• Your personal reflections, check-ins, and insights belong solely to you
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete your account and all associated data permanently
• We will never sell your personal data to third parties

4. Account Responsibilities

When creating an InnerOS account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and authentic information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service for personal growth, not to harm yourself or others
• Respect the privacy and journey of other users if community features are enabled
• Not attempt to access or interfere with other users' data

5. Acceptable Use

InnerOS is a sacred space for inner work. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy InnerOS's proprietary algorithms

6. AI and Your Inner Council

Your Inner Council is powered by AI that learns from your journal entries. By using InnerOS, you understand that:

• Your journal entries are analyzed by AI to train your 10 inner voices to respond with YOUR wisdom
• The AI mirrors your patterns — it doesn't prescribe solutions or make medical recommendations
• Your Inner Council responses are generated based on YOUR words and archetypal frameworks (Jungian psychology + IFS)
• You maintain full agency in interpreting and acting on any Council dialogue
• The AI's purpose is to help you hear what's already within you — not to tell you what to think

7. Subscriptions and Billing

InnerOS offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start your trial (per Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements). After the trial period, you may choose from the following subscription options:

• Annual Plan: Billed once per year. $199/year USD or ₹3,999/year INR.
• Monthly Plan (Founding Council): Billed monthly. Special introductory pricing for early members: $9.99/month USD or ₹199/month INR, locked at this rate for the duration of your subscription.

Regional Pricing: We offer special pricing for users in India. Prices are determined by your App Store or Play Store account region and displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

Grace Period: If your payment fails at renewal (e.g., expired card), you have a 16-day grace period to update your payment method. During this time, you retain full access to InnerOS. If payment is not resolved within 16 days, your subscription will be canceled and access will be reverted to the free tier.

Free Trial: If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → InnerOS → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → InnerOS → Cancel

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their respective refund policies. InnerOS does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect. Founding Council members retain their locked-in rate for as long as their subscription remains active.

8. Intellectual Property

The InnerOS platform, including its design, algorithms, and archetypal framework, is protected by intellectual property laws. However:

• You retain all rights to your personal content and insights
• The wisdom you discover within yourself belongs to you
• We claim no ownership over your personal growth journey
• Open-source components are used under their respective licenses

9. Limitation of Liability

InnerOS is provided "as is" for your personal exploration. We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Specific personal growth outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Protection against all potential technical issues

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

As InnerOS evolves, these terms may be updated. We will:

• Notify you of significant changes via email
• Provide at least 30 days notice for material changes
• Allow you to export your data if you disagree with changes
• Maintain a public changelog of terms updates

11. Termination

You may close your InnerOS account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms or our community guidelines
• Engage in harmful or illegal activities
• Attempt to compromise the Service or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with notice)

Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InnerOS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
